Advanced Placement (AP)
and Honors Courses
The Orme School offers accelerated courses in most departments, allowing capable students to proceed at a more rapid pace and in greater depth than the regular classes. Students in Honors and AP courses prepare for the national examinations in May. If they qualify, they may receive advanced standing in college courses, or credit toward their college degrees.
