25 WAYS YOU CAN HELP THE ORME SCHOOL
- Make an annual gift to the Annual Fund. Every gift, regardless of size, helps.
- Help recruit future Orme School students and encourage prospective students to visit campus.
- Hire Orme School students and graduates.
- Mentor current students. Participate in Alumni Career Networking Forums and the Alumni Career Assistance Program (ACAP).
- Support Orme School athletics. Attend and cheer loudly at games!
- Attend an Orme School event in your area, and take a fellow Orme School person with you.
- Host an Orme School event, such as a student reception or an alumni gathering.
- Update your mailing address, e-mail address, job information, birth of children, etc. by visiting the website (ormeschool.imodules.com), by e-mailing (alumni@ormeschool.org) or calling 928.632.7601
- Act as an ambassador and share your love of the Orme School.
- Stay educated about The Orme School; share what you know with others.
- Keep up-to-date by going on-line at ormeschool.imodules.com or e-mail The Orme School at alumni@ormeschool.org.
- Visit campus.
- Wear Orme School clothing and display Orme School paraphernalia at home and at work.
- Be sure your local area is well informed about The Orme School. Offer to meet with members of the School and/or join AIA (Alumni-in-Admissions).
- Help the Development Office locate "lost" alumni. Encourage alumni to keep records up-to-date.
- Identify potential School donors for scholarships endowments, and naming opportunities.
- Recruit five new donors.
- Write a letter of recommendation for a student applying to The Orme School.
- Identify future leaders for the Alumni Board and other volunteer boards/councils.
- Attend and promote The Orme School cultural activities.
- Remember The Orme School in your will and estate plan.
- Read the bulletin and share it with a friend when finished.
- Contact a former teacher and say thanks for his/her teaching and mentoring.
- Encourage friends and classmates to attend Homecoming and Reunion.
- Remember all the best that Orme has to offer and promote it whenever, wherever possible.
